  • Garcia has served his community for over 20 years, where he worked patrol and kept our families safe. Garcia is a deputy sheriff and has faced down violent criminals as a member of the SWAT team. 
  • We can count on him to secure the border and fight corruption in Congress where the billionaire agenda dominates, resulting in higher costs for us, from banning members of Congress from trading stocks to getting billionaires out of our elections.
  • A super PAC backed by Artificial intelligence companies spent more than $1M boosting De La Cruz’s election. These are the same AI companies that are building data centers all over Texas, are using up our water and raising utility rates. And De La Cruz owns thousands in stock in data center developers. No wonder De La Cruz backed a bill to give data center developers $80B in tax breaks.
  • De La Cruz and his backers supported the largest cut to Medicaid in history, cutting healthcare access for over 1.6 million Texans and gutting rural hospital funding, forcing Texans off their coverage and raising premiums by an average of 35% – all to fund tax breaks for billionaires.
