Overview
Rob Wittman has spent nearly two decades in Washington lining his own pockets and serving his donors, while screwing over regular Virginians with higher costs. Wittman and his donors cash in, Virginia taxpayers foot the bill. Shannon Taylor is a prosecutor, not a politician, who has spent her career holding anyone accountable, even members of her own party, to keep Virginians safe and do what’s right.

- Voters in the Richmond and Norfolk media markets need to continue seeing digital ads on CTV, YouTube, and other streaming platforms and on broadcast TV and cable, and voters in the DC market need to see digital ads on CTV, YouTube, and other streaming platforms and voters especially in the Norfolk market and Independent, Black voters, white women, seniors, and men under 55 across the district need to receive mail and hear radio ads about how Wittman’s corruption matters because it raises our costs:
- Rob Wittman votes with Trump 100% of the time, even when it raises our costs. He voted to continue the war in Iran that has sent gas prices skyrocketing, and voted to raise our healthcare premiums and prescription drug costs, all to pay for tax breaks for himself and the corporations that have donated millions to his campaigns.
- Wittman traded up to $750,000 in health insurance and Big Pharma stocks, then voted to raise our healthcare premiums and prescription drug prices — lining his pockets by giving tax breaks to himself and the corporations who’ve donated millions to his campaigns.
- Wittman has personally invested in stocks of a monopoly utility giant and companies building data centers, so while Virginians pay more, he profits more. He voted to give a massive tax break to big tech companies to keep building data centers in Virginia, which could make Virginians’ heating and electrical bills go up 50%. He even voted to increase our electricity rates. Never forget: he profits when we pay more.
- Wittman’s stock trading means he profits when corporate monopolies raise prices on Virginians. He violated an anti-insider trading law and traded $2.5 million worth of stocks while in office, while potentially having access to information no other American had access to. He traded stock in companies that he was supposed to be regulating, even buying stock in a company days after he helped funnel $1.5 billion in taxpayer funds to that same company. Never forget: he profits when we pay more.
- Starting 3 weeks for Election Day and ending on Election Day, all voters districtwide, but especially Black voters, voters in Henrico County, voters in Richmond media market, college-educated white women, seniors and independent voters, need to see digital ads on CTV, YouTube, Meta and other digital platforms about how:
- First and most importantly, Shannon Taylor has spent her career keeping Virginia safe. As Henrico’s top prosecutor, Taylor has overseen an 87% drop in murders over the past 5 years, put away fentanyl dealers and fraudsters, and made Henrico a statewide leader in prosecuting sex trafficking, spending her career protecting women and children, starting in juvenile court prosecuting offenders who harmed children and babies, and later putting away domestic abusers, sex traffickers, and dangerous predators who prey on women and girls – while making Henrico a statewide leader in prosecuting sex trafficking. She’s endorsed by thirteen sheriffs, because she’ll hold anyone accountable, even her own party, to do what’s right
- Then, Shannon Taylor was raised by a nurse and an educator, who taught her hard work should be enough to pay our bills. But politicians in both parties are cheating the system, getting rich by trading stocks using information only they have and personally profiting when corporations rip us off. Shannon doesn’t take a dime of corporate pac money and is running to lower costs, stop politicians from abusing our tax dollars, pass term limits and ban congressional stock trading, so they don’t profit while we pay more

She’s spent her career keeping our communities safe – first in juvenile court, protecting young girls, and now as Henrico’s top prosecutor, combatting sex trafficking. - Rob Wittman has voted with Donald Trump 100% of the time, even when it raises our costs. He voted to protect Trump’s tariffs, to continue the war in Iran, and to raise our healthcare premiums and prescription drug prices. All told, these policies have raised prices by $4,200 per family since last year. Wittman voted for Trump’s plan to kick hundreds of thousands of Virginians off their health care and put rural hospitals on the brink of closure, all to pay for tax breaks for himself and big corporations, including price-gouging energy companies, who have donated millions to his campaign.
