| Non-partisan race rater Inside Elections just shifted Pennsylvania’s 8th Congressional District to “Toss Up” as Congressman Rob Bresnahan continues to stumble and Paige Cognetti builds momentum behind her campaign to flip this seat.
Inside Elections writes that “Bresnahan’s finances continue to be fertile ground” as he continues to face a barrage of negative headlines for breaking his promise to ban congressional stock trading by becoming one of the most active traders in all of Congress.
