| Congressman Rob Bresnahan is once again lying to the people of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
So here’s a reminder: Bresnahan – who campaigned on a promise to ban congressional stock trading – “last year bought stock in a major supplier for data centers that subsequently boomed in value.”
Now, Bresnahan is “backtrack[ing]” on his position and proving once again that he is willing to do and say anything to try and get elected.
DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin:
“Rob Bresnahan is a serial liar who has shown he is willing to do and say anything to get elected. Despite campaigning on a promise to ban congressional stock trading, he made more than 600 trades worth millions of dollars while voting in Congress – including purchasing stock in a major supplier for data centers that then boomed in value. Bresnahan can’t be trusted to stand up for NEPA because he is too busy looking out for himself.”
