| Republican Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick is up to his usual games: signing onto pointless letters instead of actually voting to help Bucks and Montgomery County families.
So here’s a reminder that when Fitzpatrick had the chance to vote to extend ACA tax credits and prevent skyrocketing health care costs… he literally ran away. Multiple outlets have reported on how Fitzpatrick skipped a vote back in May to extend the health care tax credits.
Because Fitzpatrick was MIA, Pennsylvanians’ monthly health care premiums could rise by 300%.
DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin:
“Brian Fitzpatrick had an opportunity to vote to extend ACA tax credits that lower health care costs, but instead he literally ran away. Fitzpatrick abandoned his own constituents and now their monthly health care premiums could rise by 300%. Bucks and Montgomery County families deserve better than a congressman who doesn’t even bother to show up.” |
