As congressional lawmakers try to push a vote this week on a bipartisan bill that guarantees the right to IVF, here’s a reminder that Don Bacon has refused to sign on to this legislation and repeatedly threatened IVF access for Nebraska families.
He co-sponsored the Life at Conception Actthreetimes – a total national abortion ban with no exceptions for rape, incest, or the woman’s life that could also outlaw IVF nationwide.
