Two years ago, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, eliminating a woman’s right to have an abortion.
Since then, Kevin Lincoln has fumbled and stumbled when asked if he would join his party’s obsession with adding anti-abortion restrictions to historically bipartisan spending bills.
“Listen, Listen. I haven’t seen that just yet. But the fact of the matter is, is that, um, we are going to con…we are going to make sure you know that, um, uhhhh, wow. Yeah, yeah, yeah.”
From working to outlaw abortion medication, voting to allow states to implement abortion bans, to unanimously electing a Speaker who wants to “get the number of abortions to ZERO,” House Republicans have made it clear the Dobbs decision they celebrated was just the first step in their mission to ban abortion nationwide.
