REMINDER: María Elvira Salazar <3s Anti-Abortion Extremist Mike Johnson

On Friday, far-right Speaker Mike Johnson admitted that he has “never supported [abortion] exemptions” for rape, incest, or a woman’s life.

In case you forgot, María Elvira Salazar has cozied up to Johnson time and time again:

María Elvira Salazar has shown that she will be a rubber stamp for Johnson’s dangerous agenda to “get the number of abortions to ZERO,” which includes a nationwide ban and his push for 10 years of hard labor from doctors for providing abortion care.

After the pair passed two bills that would take away women’s reproductive freedoms and deny them access to essential health care, Salazar said Johnson “has done a great job in Congress.”

Salazar and Johnson’s far-right platform is severely out-of-touch in Florida, where nearly three in five registered voters favor expanding abortion access via ballot measure.
