After an abysmal showing in the GOP primary Tuesday night, Prasanth Reddy’s first act in the general election was to mislead voters and claim he has attended “hundreds of events.”
The truth is, Reddy has largely spent the primary avoiding public events and hiding from Kansans because he knows his positions are out-of-touch.
Reddy supports restricting abortion access, opposes legislation lowering the cost of prescription drugs and capping insulin at $35 per month for seniors, and is a “huge supporter” of Donald Trump’s policies that were a disaster for hardworking Kansas families.
DCCC Spokesperson Mallory Payne:
“Kansans see right through Prasanth Reddy’s attempts to mislead them. For the past year, Reddy has hid from voters because he knows they’ll hold him accountable for his attacks on reproductive freedom and lower prescription drug costs.”
