Now, after last year voting against the Select Committee to investigate what he called a “coup” Fitzpatrick – a former FBI agent – showed contempt for the truth again, voting against holding former Trump advisors Peter Navarro and Dan Scavino in contempt of Congress for the their refusal to comply with subpoenas rendered by a congressional commission investigating the attack on our Capitol.
