Yesterday, Rep. Josh Harder delivered a huge win for Californians by passing President Biden and House Democrats’ wildly popular infrastructure package. The legislation makes game-changing investments in clean infrastructure, significantly expands broadband access, strengthens our climate resilience, and provides millions of Americans with good-paying union jobs.
