| Brian Fitzpatrick has been caught red handed.
A new report reveals that Fitzpatrick has been spreading “a verifiable lie” in paid advertisements and statements by falsely accusing his Democratic opponent Bob Harvie of being the subject of an FBI investigation. The fact check states unequivocally: “Bucks County Commissioner Bob Harvie is not under investigation by the FBI and has not been charged with a crime.”
 Fitzpatrick’s lie has been debunked by both local and national news. In 2023, Levittown Now reported their sources “ had not seen evidence Harvie was the target of the investigation,” leading local GOP leaders to issue a public apology. National news outlets have stated that Harvie “ was never accused of or charged with a crime.”
The fact check comes directly after bombshell reporting from PoliticsPA revealed that Fitzpatrick is spending his own campaign cash on anti-Harvie mailers and digital ads in a desperate attempt to meddle with Democratic primary voters because he’s afraid of facing Harvie.
