REPORT: Rob Bresnahan’s Support for Iran War Has Cost Average Household $450 More on Gas and Energy

American families have shelled out $450 more per-household in energy expenses thanks to vulnerable Congressman Rob Bresnahan’s support for a war of choice in Iran.

According to Moody’s Analytics, Republicans’ reckless war has “cumulatively cost American consumers nearly $60 billion as gas prices and airline fares have surged” and, “if prices stay at current levels, the average household could take a hit of almost $2,000 at the one-year mark of the war.”

REMINDER: Bresnahan has previously purchased defense stock before U.S. strikes against Iran. While Bresnahan supports spending billions of dollars on a war in Iran, Northeastern Pennsylvanians are forced to foot the bill.

DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin:
“Rob Bresnahan lied to Pennsylvanians when he promised he would lower costs and spend money here at home. Bresnahan is directly responsible for skyrocketing gas and energy prices that are hitting hardworking Northeastern Pennsylvania families in their wallets.”
