American families have shelled out $450 more per-household in energy expenses thanks to vulnerable Congressman Scott Perry’s support for a war of choice in Iran.
According to Moody’s Analytics, Republicans’ reckless war has “cumulatively cost American consumers nearly $60 billion as gas prices and airline fares have surged” and, “if prices stay at current levels, the average household could take a hit of almost $2,000 at the one-year mark of the war.”
REMINDER: Perry has stood by his support for spending billions of dollars on a war in Iran, and now Central Pennsylvanians are facing skyrocketing prices at the pump.
DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin:
“Scott Perry lied to Pennsylvanians when he promised he would lower costs and spend money here at home. Perry is directly responsible for skyrocketing gas and energy prices that are hitting hardworking Central Pennsylvania families in their wallets.”
