This morning, Jan. 6 Committee Chair Rep. Bennie Thompson told Punchbowl News that Rep. Scott Perry could still be subpoenaed after refusing for months to interview with the select committee.
Numerous reports have detailed Rep. Perry’s “direct role” in seeking to overturn the election and foment the lies that led to the insurrection on January 6th.

“Scott Perry betrayed his constituents and his oath of office through his despicable and clownish plot to throw out millions of votes. He is an embarrassment to the people of 10th district and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.”
