Republicans Launch Another Legislative Assault on Affordable Healthcare
As long as Republicans control Congress, healthcare costs will continue to skyrocket
In response to the today’s Appropriations Subcommittee markup of a bill that would block funding for the Affordable Care Act exchanges and increase healthcare costs, DCCC Spokesman Tyler Law issued the following statement:
“Republicans continue to find new and increasingly cynical ways to make healthcare more expensive for hardworking Americans,” said DCCC Spokesman Tyler Law. “Healthcare premiums are skyrocketing across the country and voters rightfully blame Republicans.”
The bill is heading to the full Appropriations Committee next week.
