Trump admin hikes medicine and prescription drug costs for 25 million Americans
Ahead of tomorrow’s anniversary of the signing of Medicare and Medicaid, Trump is taking a sledgehammer to Medicare — cutting billions in funding that lowers prescription drug costs for 25 million Americans.
Nearly 60% of Americans say they’re worried about being able to afford prescription drugs for their families, with equal numbers saying they have little faith in the Trump administration to lower drug costs.
DCCC Spokesperson Liam Buckley: “Republicans are slashing Medicare funding that lowers prescription drug costs for tens of millions of Americans. Americans can’t afford to see their drug prices increase, and they can’t afford two more years of a Republican House majority.”
