Rob Bresnahan is once again insulting the people he is running to represent in northeastern Pennsylvania.
According to a new report from Heartland Signal, at an event with Rep. Dan Meuser, Bresnahan started to complain that the Republican congressman “gets the good” part of Luzerne County, before catching himself and saying “the western side.”
This isn’t the first time Bresnahan has denigrated voters in the district. Last month, during a meet and greet in Wayne County he was caught denouncing “the district’s biggest city, Scranton, saying it ‘is not what we are.’”
DCCC Spokesperson Aidan Johnson:
“Rob Bresnahan has shown that he has no respect for the people he claims to want to represent. His admiration is reserved for the dark money donors and Washington insiders who are backing his campaign. Every day it becomes more clear just how out of touch Bresnahan is with voters in PA-08.”
