Last night, Rob Bresnahan voted to greenlight a partisan scam that will hurt America’s farmers and decimate food access for millions of children and families.
This is after reporting revealed that Bresnahan has personally profited by becoming one of the most active Congressional freshmen stock traders, despite promising to ban stock trading while he was running last year.
Bresnahan provided a key vote on the House Agriculture Committee to advance a partisan scam that would:
- Cut $300 billion from food assistance programs for struggling families, resulting in over 3 million people losing access to food.
- Decrease $30 billion in revenue for America’s farmers due to decreased food demand.
- Gut nearly 400,000 jobs in the food supply chain, including grocery clerks, truck drivers, manufacturers, and farmers.

“After profiting from his multi-million-dollar stock portfolio as one of the most active Congressional freshmen stock traders, Rob Bresnahan just voted to rip food away from NEPA seniors, single moms, working families, and rural communities. It’s clear that Bresnahan only cares about himself and billionaires like Elon Musk, not his own constituents.”
