Republicans on the House Agriculture Committee are greenlighting a partisan scam that will hurt America’s farmers and decimate food access for millions of children and families.
Every single so-called moderate House Republican – including those who falsely promised not to touch food assistance programs – just advanced legislation that would:

Cut $300 billion from food assistance programs for struggling families, resulting in over 3 million people losing access to food.

Decrease $30 billion in revenue for America’s farmers due to decreased food demand.

Gut nearly 400,000 jobs in the food supply chain, including grocery clerks, truck drivers, manufacturers, and farmers.
