Russell Prescott, Hollie Noveletsky, and Chris Bright’s Silence on “Life at Conception Act” Speaks Volumes

The Republican primary candidates have yet to comment on the dangerous bill that would impose restrictions on IVF and fertility treatments

House Republicans, led by far-right Speaker Mike Johnson, are endorsing legislation that would impose similar restrictions on IVF and fertility treatments as the Alabama ruling at the national level.

Russell Prescott, Hollie Noveletsky, and Chris Bright – who are all fervently anti-choice – have yet to comment on the abortion-banning and IVF-restricting bill.

Just weeks ago – despite Granite Staters’ overwhelming support of reproductive freedom – the New Hampshire House of Representatives voted on two Republican-proposed bills, one that that would ban abortion after 15 weeks and one that would ban abortion at 15 DAYS, without exceptions for rape or incest.

Russell Prescott unabashedly supported restrictions to reproductive freedom in the state after Roe v. Wade was overturned, Hollie Noveletsky stated that “the Supreme Court got it right,” and Chris Bright supported the disastrous Dobbs decision – which enabled the Alabama Supreme Court ruling.

DCCC Spokesperson Ellie Dougherty:
“It’s only a matter of time before Russell Prescott, Hollie Noveletsky, and Chris Bright join their extreme Republican Party to back the Life at Conception Act. In the meantime, Prescott, Noveletsky, and Bright’s silence on the dangerous bill speaks volumes.”
