| For the second time in 24 hours, Ryan Zinke voted to protect reckless, cost-raising tariffs, this time on Canada – Montana’s largest trading partner. Roughly 37% of Montana’s total exports go through the state’s northern neighbor. Tariffs are hitting Montana’s economy particularly hard.
