Scott Perry Gave Tens of Thousands In Public Funds To Violent Insurrectionist

Lowell Gates and his wife have donated thousands to Perry’s campaign

The negative headlines are piling up for Scott Perry after The Keystone reported he is renting two district offices from a company owned by Lowell Gates, an insurrectionist who was arrested earlier this month for attacking police officers with a flagpole on Jan. 6.

A new story from the The Philadelphia Inquirer highlights that Perry will have paid Gates nearly $68,000 in public funds this year. He has also received $17,050 in campaign contributions from Gates and his wife.

So far, Perry has refused to comment on why he is funneling taxpayer dollars to a dangerous criminal.

DCCC Spokesperson Aidan Johnson:
“Scott Perry was deeply involved in MAGA Republicans’ effort to overthrow the election and now we find out he is funneling money to a violent insurrectionist who’s donated thousands to his campaign. What else is he hiding?”
