Last night, former President Donald Trump was indicted again, this time for his role in attempting to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election and you won’t believe who made a guest appearance.
The indictment alleges WH Chief of Staff Mark Meadows reached out to Rep. Scott Perry for the contact information of leaders in the Pennsylvania legislature in order to talk with Trump as part of the conspiracy to overturn the commonwealth’s election results.
Several voicemails were later left by Trump’s attorneys with leaders of the Pennsylvania legislature.
Since the deadly attack on the nation’s Capitol, Perry has downplayed the events of January 6, continuing to falsely claim no insurrectionist was armed and even opposing a vote to honor the law enforcement who gave their life to protect his own.
