Scott Perry Wants to Restrict Pennsylvania Women From Accessing Abortion Medication

The Trump Administration approved a new abortion pill that Pennsylvania women will now be able to access – but Congressman Scott Perry doesn’t think that’s a good thing.

Perry joined a group of extreme anti-choice Republicans in signing a letter “calling for leaders at the Food and Drug Administration to be fired over the agency’s approval of a new abortion pill.”

Perry – who celebrated the overturning of Roe v. Wade, has supported a near total national abortion ban that has no exceptions for rape or incest, and wants to impose restrictions on IVF – is now coming after Pennsylvania women’s access to the abortion pill.

DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin:
“Scott Perry is an anti-abortion extremist who thinks that D.C. politicians know better than Pennsylvania women and their doctors. His latest effort to try and restrict access to the abortion pill shows he will stop at nothing to take away the freedom of women to make their own health care decisions.”
