If there’s one thing Scott Perry loves, it’s threatening to shut down the federal government.
Despite the idea coming from within his own far-right coalition, Perry attacked the idea of a “laddered” continuing resolution yesterday, saying he would “not support” a bill that fully funds critical programs for law enforcement, education, Social Security, and small businesses.
Time and time and time again, Perry continues to threaten working families, small businesses, and essential workers across the country.
DCCC Spokesperson Aidan Johnson:
“Scott Perry is more focused on gutting vital government programs than doing what’s right for his constituents – and he will continue to risk thousands of jobs as a result. Pennsylvanians deserve better than a representative who will prioritize extremism over their best interests.”
