Crickets from San Diego Republicans on Anniversary of Roe v. Wade
On the 43rd anniversary of the Supreme Court’s landmark Roe v. Wade ruling, choice advocates around the country are reaffirming their commitment to protect a woman’s right to privacy and reproductive freedom. But in California’s 52nd Congressional District, Republican candidates Jacquie Atkinson, Denise Gitsham, and John Horst remain silent about a woman’s right to choose.
“San Diegans deserve to know if their candidates for Congress would protect a woman’s right to choose,” said Barb Solish of the DCCC. “It is unacceptable that Atkinson, Gitsham, and Horst are keeping voters in the dark about where they stand on choice.”
