| Today marks six months since Donald Trump and Kevin Kiley dragged the country into a war against Iran that has no end in sight, and is forcing Americans to pay record August gas prices at the pump – and Californians even higher than that. It’s no wonder public support for the war just hit a new low this week.
REMINDER: On the day he started the war, Trump declared it was “already a success.” Then a few weeks later in April, he proclaimed the war was a “Total and complete victory. 100%.” Six months later, all Californians have seen is a string of broken promises and the tragic loss of a soldier and Sacramento native.
It’s not just Trump who’s broken his promise to the American people, so has Kevin Kiley. He promised lower costs on day one.
Yet he has voted five separate times to continue the war, and voted to support funding for it, making Californians pay the price as their gas prices skyrocket.
