In recent days, Trump has been accused of sexually assaulting two women, hitting on 10-year-old girls and walking in on “half-naked” Miss USA contestants
This weekend, vulnerable Congressman Steve Knight exposed himself as a desperate and calculated politician by attempting to back away from Donald Trump. His too-little, too-late posturing came only after shocking video footage exposed Trump bragging about regularly groping women without their consent.
However, Knight did not seem bothered enough to withdraw his vote for Trump when he called women fat pigs and slobs, called Mexicans rapists and murderers, mocked the disabled, denigrated POWs – the list goes on.
Knight’s silence enabled a dangerous man to become his nominee and his new pledge not to vote is enabling a dangerous alleged sexual predator to actually become Commander-in-Chief.
Already this week Trump’s alleged history of sexual assault and potentially inappropriate behavior towards underage girls has deepened. Here is what he has been accused of in the last couple of days:
- Sexually assaulting two women
- Hitting on 10-year-old girls
- Physically attacking a reporter
- Walking in on “half-naked” Miss USA contestants
- “Barg[ing]” into the room while young women were naked
“Steve Knight’s silence enabled Donald Trump and his too little, too late political posturing does not absolve him of that,” said Barb Solish of the DCCC. “Knight has been and continues to be devoid of real political courage.”
