Buck to CNN: “It is the worst year of the nine years and three months that I’ve been in Congress.”
With Rep. Ken Buck’s sudden resignation coming next week, House Republicans are staring down an even thinner majority thanks to their continued failures to deliver anything for families across the country.
Buck himself said it best: “It is the worst year of the nine years and three months that I’ve been in Congress. And having talked to former members it’s the worst year in 40-50 years to be in Congress.”
As their legislative failures rack up and their total inability to govern continues to crystalize, one thing is clear to the American public: only House Democrats are serious about getting things done and delivering for the people.
