| Pennsylvania Republicans have a confession: nobody likes their so-called “Big Beautiful Bill,” and even they know it.
New reporting from Punchbowl News highlights how Brian Fitzpatrick, Ryan Mackenzie, Rob Bresnahan, and Scott Perry are stuck with an anvil around their neck because their signature legislation is unleashing higher costs and devastating health care cuts on Pennsylvania families.
Punchbowl calls it “a massive challenge for the GOP a little more than two months out from Election Day, especially with the cost of living and gas prices high.”
Reminder: “Every Pa. Republican voted for Trump’s budget bill, which passed the House by one vote.”
DCCC Spokesperson Eli Cousin:
“To the surprise of absolutely nobody, it turns out that Pennsylvanians don’t like higher costs and cruel health care cuts. Fitzpatrick, Mackenzie, Bresnahan, and Perry won’t be able to put lipstick on this pig.”
