The More Voters Hear About Project 2025, the More Opposed They Are to the House Republicans

Voters across the country are increasingly opposed to House Republicans and Donald Trump’s Project 2025 agenda to ban medication abortion, raise taxes for working families, cut health care, and raise prices on prescription drugs.

New polling shows that there has been a 10 point increase since mid-July in the number of voters who have heard of the dangerous plan. Understandably, voters are opposed to Project 2025 by a nearly 40 point margin – driven in large part by independent voters – and are most concerned about the agenda’s attacks on abortion access and their health care.

DCCC Spokesperson Viet Shelton:
“The more the American public hears about Project 2025, the more they hate it. It’s only going to get worse for House Republicans tonight on the debate stage as Trump promotes their Project 2025 agenda and House Republicans all fall in line to cheerlead tax cuts for the ultrawealthy, abortion bans, and taking away health insurance for millions.”
