Nunes was Involved with Recruiting Valadao to First Seek Office in 2010 and Donated Nearly $40,000 to Boost Valadao’s Political Career
Decade-long political pals David Valadao and Devin Nunes have pushed Washington Republicans’ and Trump’s agenda for years on California’s Central Valley voters—everything from cutting Californians’ health care to raising taxes on homeowners.
But now, as Valadao is making an attempt to rejoin Congress and Nunes is being further implicated in coordinating with criminally indicted Lev Parnas in order to do Trump’s political dirty work…Valadao has stayed silent.
Valadao has not only voted in lockstep with Trump and Nunes, but he also accepted $39,000 in campaign contributions from the corrupt Congressman and earlier this year had Nunes hold a Washington DC fundraiser on his behalf. Valadao, of course, had no comment on Nunes and his abuses of power, but continues cashing in his campaign checks.
But as has been reported, Valadao has always been up for dirty campaign cash, as just this summer Valadao had to denounce the dirty donations he received from the criminally indicted Giuliani-associates in his last failed election. These same two Giuliani-associates that are further implicating one Congressman Devin Nunes. Among all of the scandal and criminal activity surrounding him, his political benefactors and his candidacy, Valadao has said NOTHING…ZIP…ZILCH…
“Despite President Trump asking a foreign country to interfere in the 2020 election, and despite the mounting evidence that Nunes has bilked the taxpayers in order to do Trump’s political dirty work, David Valadao has said nothing when it comes to his political allies’ abuses of power,” said DCCC Spokesperson Andy Orellana. “As they say, ‘silence is the slow road to being complicit,’ and we all know the voters of CA-21 deserve someone who will speak up when the taxpayers are being taken for a ride and when the Constitution is being trampled upon. The Central Valley deserves leaders, not silence in the face of misconduct and disservice.”
