| Three years after Ann Wagner applauded the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and take away a woman’s right to have an abortion, the vulnerable Republican is still siding with anti-abortion extremists over Missourians.
In the three years since she cheered for the fall of Roe, Wagner continues to push for her legislation that threatens reproductive health care providers with jail time and makes it harder for patients to get the care they need.
Wagner has also been silent on Missouri re-instating its abortion ban last month, despite a majority of voters in her district supporting last year’s ballot initiative to enshrine abortion rights into the Missouri state constitution.
