Last week, Tom Barrett saw his dreams shattered when Michigan repealed a “one-of-a-kind” law that granted immunity protections to Big Pharma.
In the Michigan State Legislature, Barrett voted to keep Michigan as the only state in the nation that shielded the drug companies from liability when they sold defective and dangerous drugs – even dangerous and abused opioids like OxyContin.
