Last night, Politico reported on an initial leaked Supreme Court opinion that stated, “We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled” by the majority.
This came on the heels of a Washington Post report that Republicans plan on pushing a 6-week national ban on abortion and other states criminalizing abortions.
Kean Jr. made clear he sided with radical Republicans who are banning abortion when he voted against codifying the constitutional right to freedom of reproductive choice in New Jersey.
Reminder: A November Rutgers-Eagleton poll of New Jersey voters found nearly 70 percent of New Jersey voters supported the right to an abortion in most or all cases versus just 8 percent who opposed abortion in all cases.
