Four-time indicted former President Donald Trump last night shared a video on Truth Social that referenced a “unified Reich” — a term widely associated with Nazi Germany.
This isn’t the first time Trump has attacked Jewish Americans during a time of heightened antisemitism. Just a couple weeks ago, in an interview with Sebastian Gorka, a top Trump administration adviser who has ties to a Nazi-linked organization, Donald Trump said: “Any Jewish person that votes for Democrats hates their religion. They hate everything about Israel and they should be ashamed of themselves.” The list of Trump’s antisemitic behavior goes on and on.
Kean Jr. has yet to condemn Trump’s latest onslaught of hateful and antisemitic rhetoric.
DCCC Spokesperson Aidan Johnson:
“Tom Kean Jr. doesn’t have the courage to condemn the leader of his own party. New Jerseyans deserve better than an empty suit who will turn a blind eye to Trump’s dangerous antisemitism.” |
