The non-partisan election forecaster Inside Elections has shifted Nebraska’s 2nd Congressional District from “Tilt Republican” to a “Toss Up.”
Tony Vargas has continued to build on his momentum after coming within 6,000 votes of defeating Bacon in 2022. This cycle, Tony has outraised Bacon nearlyeveryquarter he’s been in the race, is leading in cash on hand, and is ahead in multiplepolls.
The rating change came the same day Don Bacon was caught carrying out special favors for Donald Trump, proving once again that he’ll do anything to keep his seat in Washington.
From falling in line with Trump to raise taxes on the middle class, to pushing for a national abortion ban with no exceptions for rape, incest, or the woman’s life, Don Bacon couldn’t be more wrong for Nebraska’s 2nd Congressional District.
