Trump Dump Bruce

Donald Trump Jr. had some harsh words for self-serving politician Bruce Poliquin earlier this week.

The question is now: Will Donald Trump dump Poliquin too? We might find out today when Trump makes a campaign swing through Maine.

Earlier this week during a campaign visit in Auburn, Donald Trump Jr. ridiculed Congressman Bruce Poliquin for failing to openly endorse his father.

Trump Jr. said that politicians like Poliquin talk “a good game but when they’re on the floor of the Congress ‘they fold.’” Trump Jr. also called Poliquin a self-serving politician trying to “stay on the gravy train.”

Poliquin has long evaded questions about Trump. Even at the final congressional debate earlier this week, Poliquin once again refused to say whether he supports his party’s nominee.

“When your presidential campaign is calling you out as a self-serving, spineless politician, like Congressman Bruce Poliquin, you know you’re not in a good position with less than two weeks out,” said Bryan Lesswing at the DCCC.
