Yesterday, former President Trump once again bragged about overturning Roe v. Wade, which paved the way for states to implement draconian abortion and IVF bans. Since the Court’s decision in Dobbs, Scott Perry has joined his extreme colleagues to restrict abortion care nationwide.
For example, Perry has:

Championed the Life at Conception Act – a fervently anti-abortion bill that would ban abortion and outlaw IVF nationwide

Voted for a poison-pilled Ag-FDA spending bill that would have restricted the sale of mifepristone nationwide

Celebrated the end of Roe v. Wade, calling it a “monumental victory.”

Supported an effort to block the military from reimbursing travel expenses for service members seeking reproductive care out of state.

Passed two anti-abortion bills that spread misinformation and anti-choice rhetoric, doing nothing to help women and families
