In a stark admission of exactly where David Valadao, Donald Trump, and House Republicans’ priorities lie, the president admitted yesterday his desire to cut Medicare, Medicaid, and child care funding– citing the need for more military spending in his war driving up gas prices for Californians to $6/ gallon.
The comments come as Central Valley families are already facing skyrocketing health care costs thanks to Valadao’s historic Medicaid cuts, and as they’re being crushed by the rising costs of groceries, gas, and child care.
Yet David Valadao – who has consistently fallen in line with Trump’s cost-raising agenda – is silent.
