Donald Trump has endorsed Juan Ciscomani — but you wouldn’t know it from listening to Ciscomani. There’s been radio silence from the vulnerable Arizona congressman since Trump’s latest announcement, and it’s easy to see why.
In Arizona’s Sixth Congressional District — a district Joe Biden won in 2020 — Republican party leadership had to intervene last election to block Trump’s deeply unpopular “losing touch” endorsement. Despite his silence, Ciscomani has already backed the radical insurrectionist ex-president, thereby co-signing his extreme agenda.
Trump is explicit about his goal to attack women’s reproductive freedoms, cut taxes for billionaires instead of middle-class families, and undermine our democracy — values wildly out of touch with Arizona families.
