Two years ago, Lauren Boebert actively attempted to block a once-in-a-generation investment in America’s infrastructure that has created good-paying union jobs, fixed our crumbling roads and bridges, and expanded high-speed internet access.
Despite Boebert’s effort to block the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the law will continue to:
Enable low-income households to access free or discounted high-speed internet service
Improve hundreds of thousands of miles of roads and fix thousands of bridges
Strengthen supply-chains and expedite the movement of goods
Invest and modernize airport terminals
Upgrade our nation’s ports and waterways
Boebert attempted to block this bipartisan law, despite it bringing game-changing investments and good-paying jobs to Colorado.
DCCC Spokesperson Mallory Payne:
“House Republicans like Lauren Boebert have failed to deliver common-sense legislation that would make life better for Coloradans. Instead, she has propagated an extreme agenda that hurts middle-class families and benefits the wealthy and well-connected.”
