Two years ago today, President Biden signed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law – a once-in-a-generation investment in America’s infrastructure championed by Rep. Dan Kildee to create good-paying union jobs, fix our crumbling roads and bridges, and expand high-speed internet access.
The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law will continue to:
-
Enable low-income households to access free or discounted high-speed internet service
-
Improve hundreds of thousands of miles of roads and fix thousands of bridges
-
Strengthen supply chains and expedite the movement of goods
-
Invest and modernize airport terminals
-
Upgrade our nation’s ports and waterways
DCCC Spokesperson Aidan Johnson:
“The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law is rebuilding Michigan’s crumbling roads and bridges, expanding high-speed internet access, and creating good-paying union jobs. This once-in-a-generation investment could not have been made possible without the tireless efforts of Rep. Dan Kildee.”
