This week President Biden signed into law the wildly popular bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act that House Democrats worked to pass to deliver real results for families and workers across MinnesotaJust don’t thank MN-02 Republican candidate Tyler Kistner, who opposes the historic economic investments and job creation in Minnesota.

This infrastructure deal marks the largest and most meaningful action on our nation’s infrastructure and competitiveness in nearly a century. But if Kistner had his way, he’d side with party bosses over Minnesotans on bipartisan legislation to fix our crumbling roads and bridges, ease inflation, create millions of good-paying jobs, and ensure Minnesotans have access to high-speed internet and clean water.

“Life is coming at Tyler Kistner fast. After promising in his previous failed campaign to make infrastructure a priority, Kistner is now shamefully backing down and opposing bipartisan infrastructure investments in Minnesota which will fix crumbling roads and bridges and create good-paying jobs,” said DCCC spokesperson Elena Kuhn. “Kistner is making clear he’d stand in lock step with party leaders, even when it means turning his back on critical investments which will improve Minnesotans’ lives, and which he’s previously claimed to support.”
