UPDATED TIME: Kean Jr. to Hold Tele-Town Hall TODAY. Here Are Questions He Should Have to Answer.

Rather than meet his constituents face-to-face, Congressman Tom Kean Jr. will sit behind his desk and hold a telephone town hall TODAY, Tuesday July 1, at 12:30pm.

Kean Jr. – who is “facing protests” back home from his own constituents – continues to hide behind a screen and dodge in-person town halls. But that doesn’t change the fact that NJ-07 voters deserve answers.

So here are a few questions Congressman Kean Jr. should have to address:
  1. Why did you vote for the largest cuts to Medicaid in history, all to give tax cuts to billionaires?
  2. Why did you vote to jack up energy costs for New Jerseyans by voting to gut commonsense energy tax credits?
  3. You campaigned on a pledge to ban congressional stock trading and promised to set up a blind trust while in office. So why have you lied to voters by continuing to trade freely and failing to set up a blind trust?
  4. Why did you vote for a backdoor provision in the GOP Tax Scam that could restrict abortion access in states like New Jersey?
