Yesterday, when asked if she supports the GOP tax plan authored by Sen. Rick Scott, Michelle Steel couldn’t get away fast enough. Perhaps that’s because she knows the plan would raise taxes on roughly 100 million Americans while gutting Social Security and Medicare.
That fact alone would lead most people who care about working families and seniors to run as far as they could from Sen. Scott and his disastrous plan, but the GOP has embraced it as their own ahead of the midterms. In fact, Steel campaigned side-by-side with Rick Scott and his 11 Point tax plan pamphlets earlier this month:
