After his arrest in New York, disgraced ex-President Donald Trump called on Congressional Republicans to “defund the DOJ and FBI until they come to their senses.” When asked to comment or distance himself from these calls to defund the agencies that keep us safe and uphold the rule of law, Tom Kean Jr.“didn’t provide any comment on whether they back Trump’s calls to defund the FBI and DOJ.”
Despite representing a district President Biden won, Kean refuses to abandon Trump and is seemingly leaving the door open to do his bidding in Congress.

“It’s shameful that Tom Kean Jr. is so committed to Donald Trump and the GOP’s extreme MAGA agenda, that he is unwilling to condemn attacks on federal law enforcement agencies that keep us safe and secure. Voters deserve better than a MAGA rubber stamp like Kean.”
