Today, in the race for Illinois’ Sixth Congressional District, the DCCC announced a new television ad that continues to remind voters of Rep. Peter Roskam’s disastrous record of attacking protections for those with preexisting conditions while taking hundreds of thousands in campaign contributions from the insurance industry. The ad began airing in the district this week, and is the third ad from the DCCC in the race.

The ad, “Imagine,” paints a devastating picture of Peter Roskam taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from the insurance industry and then voting to allow insurance companies to deny people with pre-existing conditions health care coverage.
