What’s Perry’s message to his constituents who are struggling?
Perry: “Everybody loves what is happening, and they love that America is doing it.”
Huh?
Polling consistently shows that Americans disapprove of the Perry-backed war in Iran and that they do not “love” what is happening. Perry has repeatedly voted in support of the war, choosing to spend billions of dollars overseas instead of investing in health care or other priorities in Central Pennsylvania.
